A-L-S stands for Active Learning System. It is the core teaching method developed here at WEC. The theory of ALS, or Active Learning System, is that learning is more effectively retained through an active process.
The key to ALS is to maximize instructor/student interaction. At WEC, it is our ultimate goal to teach at the highest standard possible.
Students can increase their rate of learning with a combination of classroom lecturing and outdoor activity. |

It takes the perfect balance and WEC has mastered that. With the ALS, students continue to learn and retain English lessons throughout the whole day!
Students will continue to progress with their English use through the application of ALS by WEC instructors. |
