Ready to Work Diploma Program(RWDP) is a twelve month program which educates students in the necessary communication skills needed to participate comfortably, confidently and productively in a place of employment and provides them with the understanding of work force standards and functions in various workplaces. The student begins their first 23 weeks in the program learning the fundamentals of active communication, public speaking, assertiveness training, general knowledge of the workplace, job search/finding strategies. Once the s tudent has completed his/her twenty-three weeks of the program he/she begins the required 24 week co-op. After successful completion of the co-op work experience component he/she then returns to the classroom to complete the final week of the program. In order to receive a Diploma of Completion, the student must complete all components of the program including the 24 week co-op.

Enrollment requirements
Ready To Work Diploma program is not restricted with a set rule of enrollment requirements, but strong English skill is a great asset. Placements are done with respective English skills of a student.
